This is outrageous! Here we have a US Corporation boasting that they are the only ones that can provide a full communications package. NTL was a key player in the lobbying of Government to butcher BT. Their reasoning was that BT posed unfair competition by allowing customers to have a land line, internet access and a mobile phone from the same company. BT were ordered to split the company and I now have BT Broadband, a BT (seperate company) land line and (formely owned by BT)O2 mobile phone. BT should argue that they need to form one company again or lobby to make sure that the Yanks are forced to split their Corporation into little pieces. This is totally unfair competition when BT are held by regulations and NTL can do what it likes. Let's have rules that apply to all companies and see real, fair competition.
