This must surely be defined as "a modern day miracle" Symantec finally got it right? I doubt it! I will never touch a Symantec product again. After paying £50, for Internet Security 2005, I had problem after problem. On a few ocassions, the Anti-Virus software failed, Symanec were aware of the problem, and my PC got infected. Symantec then extended the subscription / license until July 2006. However, the software changed it's settings again and reset to the original date, thus leaving my PC unprotected. Symantec's Firewall conflicts with other security software and after uninstalling Norton Internet Security, it has left many files in the System and still conflicts with other software. Maybe, Symantec, with a few prayers, can now produce another holy miracle and produce software that actually does the job that it is claimed to do and provide some decent customer service in stead of staff that fob customers off..
