When will they put an end to allowing non-registrars to resell domain names? Countless names are tied up by people who register them only in the hope of reselling them at a large profit. This does not serve actual Internet builders and therefore Internet users either, but only the parasites who prey on the domain system.

Make it illegal for anyone but a registrar to offer a name for sale. Then anyone wishing to resell a domain could only sell it back to the registrar at the same price they paid for it. That would be nice but..

..registrars make a lot of money off the sale of domain names, and so they have no incentive to put an end to it.
