I do not understand what you mean by "it is unclear how it will match up to products like Parallels in stability or speed". How did you come to this conclusion ? Did you run any performance/stress tests ?

Have you used any of the other virtualisation software before making such a statement? The so much hyped Xen doesn't even have a shipping product yet(No, I don't work for VMWare).

I think your article does not do enough justice to VMWare products.
