Story: PlusNet accuses broadband rivals of misleading customers
So, “one thing that these guys”- competitors such as BSkyB (!)- “all have in common is their complete inability in being able to manage a network”?
I understand that it's the job of a Marketing Director to put his own company in a positive light, but condemning competitors in that manner, is not something that I find
appealing.
I fear, also, that Mr Postesta may be underestimating the ability of some of Plusnet’s competitors to manage a network.
I think that many Plusnet customers may also take issue with his claim that Plusnet’s network is managed “totally effectively”. Plusnet have had many reliability issues of late, aside from poor customer support.
