Which thankfully enabled me to migrate ot of Plusnet without incurring any of their 'penalty' charges & 5 year 'lock ins' that those that fell for the 'free migration' scam. Only now are some users finding out just how hard it is to escape Plusnets clutches, especially so if they have been tranferred to a Tiscali 'Wholesale' LLU non-connection. Experienced users warned of the possible consequences of using Tiscali whose general reputation does not seem to be at all good or reliable, much the same as Tiscali the ISP.
