Ignore what the antitrust people of europe say, They dont really have a clue. Release Vista in america and it will without fail find its way to europe either through internet sales or pirate websites.

There is nothing microsoft can do to stop vista coming to europe if it is released elsewhere.

I will certainly be buying it regardless of what the european court decides. I dont want them to tell me what i can and cannot have on my computer.

So if you upgrade to XP SP3 you can't uninstall Internet Explorer, I'm quite sure I'm having a Deja-vu feeling about MS preventing people from uninstalling Internet Explorer in other Windows products.
