Its called an internet security gateway, something like eSafe by www.aladdin.com works wonders, stops spyway and viruses.

Couple this up with NOD32 antivirus and this is basically a non-issue.

Yes the Internet is a powerful too and has many nasties on it, but you must always assume the network is under threat and install things that can protect every step of the way.

Assuming the user is too stupid to do it is not that right way, everyone should already have content filters installed.
