My boss is the managing director of the company yet while at work he is just another one of the lads. This part perfectly sums up EXACTLY how he is and why i think he is an amazing boss

There have been times when external factors that have been nothing to do with me have decided to try and corrupt and ruin things, my boss has taken control of the situation, sorted it all out and the problems have been removed, when i come in the boss explains it all and usually calls them a cock....or words of that description. Everyone laughs and it is business as usual :)
