Story: Ofcom says iTrip will be legal for Christmas

Great these are now legal

I thought these were always legal I purchased an itrip last year from a UK site www.easyishop.co.uk had a couple from them as I have upgraded my ipod a few times. I doubt anyone would have ever got in trouble for using one of those gadgets they must have changed it as it was one of those stupid rules
