What would prevent someone from writing a piece of malware to mimic the "Please enter Administrator password" dialogue box? And how useful is a Vista PC if you don't know what the Admin password is?

So if you upgrade to XP SP3 you can't uninstall Internet Explorer, I'm quite sure I'm having a Deja-vu feeling about MS preventing people from uninstalling Internet Explorer in other Windows products.
