Story: Vista won't be delayed in Europe

I have been trying out Vista Beta's this year. As I identified a security programme which worked in a current Beta, I found that It would not in a subesquent Beta and so on with each subsequent Beta and other security programmes until now I find I have to use M$'s 'One Care' Beta.

What conclusion should I draw from this, except that the third party security programmes are being deliberately locked out.

Further to this, in Windows Vista, I visited a site and viewed some of the pictures (of Phillipines) contained thereon. Subsequently I was immediately inundated with Spam correctly addressed to the email addresses on my vista computer and clearly linked to the site visited.

Shortly afterwards, I found the Firewall turned off with no notification to that effect. Clearly my Vista security had been breached by the visit to the aforementioned site with comparative ease.

I continue to receive spam at an unprecedented level.

So if you upgrade to XP SP3 you can't uninstall Internet Explorer, I'm quite sure I'm having a Deja-vu feeling about MS preventing people from uninstalling Internet Explorer in other Windows products.
