Story: Do your bit to bridge Africa's digital divide

Might be a better idea to work for all those poor and old people in UK to get a computer and get on line before we go worrying about Africa. I know a good number of neighbours who either have no computer or, those that have, are scared of going on line.
Cheap, maybe free, starter courses are needed for the elderly, cheap and basic computers for the young.
