I downloaded VISTA-RC-2 out of curiosity. Had problems getting connected to the internet. Ran Defender for the first time last night. Found no spyware or malware, said machine was clean. Ran
AdAware, from Lavasoft, afterwards and it found 14 items, 1 was critical. Don't think I would trust M$ in this area.

It seems to me this is a burden being placed on the wrong shoulders. There is not an It system in the world that can stop an individual taking information in their heads and spewing out at the nearest undesirable third party.
