Well done BT!

Myles, if you have a phone line 'owned' by BT this is a very poor uneducated response.

To start with even if you phone line is out sourced to, for example, talktalk your phone line is still serviced and maintain by OPENREACH.

Anyway i think this is great news, Working your way up the ladder and learning UNDER SUPERVISION for the first 3 years will teach you more than your typical training course. Well done Openreach/BT!
