What????

"The user community sees Vista as a more reliable product"

So the 'user community' sees a brand new, untested in the real world product more reliable than a 6 year old product that the user community knows how to use? History (i.e NT, 2k, XP SP1 SP2 upgrade paths) shows that any new OS is not more reliable than the previous, only when it has a few service packs released is it more reliable.

Either the user community is blind, or the data has been twisted.

So if you upgrade to XP SP3 you can't uninstall Internet Explorer, I'm quite sure I'm having a Deja-vu feeling about MS preventing people from uninstalling Internet Explorer in other Windows products.
