Greenhouse Gas Emission--Solution

The Governor of California has been sent many letters about a method that reduces Greenhouse Gas Emissions in residential homes, England, Canada and Japan were also told, none have replied as I believe none are sincere about the Kyoto Accord. My method reduces as much as 50% emissions in a residential home as well reduces electrical/gas consumption, after several years of savings, in the end the method pays for itself over and over.with other energy saving tips the percentage goes up.
I contacted many United States and Canadian power corporations that offer a energy saving program all refused me and the offer is FREE to them (providing).
I live in Vancouver Canada it snowed this week 2 feet in places lasting for a week, I enjoy as much as a 95% reduction in my heating bill all year around this maybe the reason the countries are not sincere as their crown corporations that generate electricity/natural gas would lose their shirts if every residential home were to impliment this method, the KYOTO ACCORD for residential homes and not in 2020--today.
