Story: Microsoft claims patent on web feeds

So are Microsoft aiming to Patent the RSS Aggregator? Sorry Web-feeds including but not limited too RSS?

There have been may applications to manage Feeds over the years, whats so special about this then that MS feel the need to Patent it?
