You've made some strongly-worded comments about Truphone both here and on www.mobilevoipforum.org
1. re "I think they are just making money from poeple [sic] texting their £1 a text number (beware people!)." This is *factually incorrect* and I would appreciate a retraction. Texts to Truphone cost nothing more than your normal network rate. The text is a one-off to request the Truphone service and comes with £5 free credit.
2. You say you've had issues installing Truphone. Please do email support@truphone.com and we will sort you out. We are very proud of our customer service and would be very happy to help
