Story: Prisoners may get email access
Bad idea.
First of all, you usually go to prison because you have broken the law in some way. In my opinion why should you be given the right to use a computer system when your locked up. Seems to be one of the worst ideas. Giving prisoners TV and all the same human rights is bad enough. The way things are going, in a few years time prison may be quite a nice place to go! Hardly a deterrent.
