We'll look at adding that - we did talk about it during the redesign process last year, but the capability was one of the bits that unfortunately got culled close to launch. It's a trivial job to reinstate it, so yes, and we'll look at the best way of doing so.

Another option is deep linking similar to this Veotag example of Google VP Marissa Mayer, which I find works well for navigating a long piece of video. The drawback is that it uses ActiveX, so you either have to use IE to view it or get a plugin for Firefox.
