Sox Stinks
Anything that can undermine Sarbanes-Oxley to the public is a good thing. Sox is ruining American business--it assumes everyone is a crook! I don't blame business for running to London (whoda thunk it?). To me it seems that Apple is making some kind of point: by sticking to the exact letter of the law it's illustrating how rediculous and counter-productive it is.
