Story: Apple and Cisco extend 'iPhone' trademark talks

Go Cisco

This does come across as blatent trademark infringement by Apple, especially as they knew they were doing it before the iPhone release. I hope Cisco wins for the benefit of trademark holders everywhere.

Now is the time to start taking this danger VERY seriously. This is big and very nasty business in action. The objective seems absolutely clear. Destroy GPL and 'steal' all the technology. An activity with plenty of precedence.
