Bouncing Cheques

I can't vouch for the person claiming this but somebody claiming to be an ex-director of V21 is saying that the reason some cheques issued by Biscit bounced was because HSBC shut-off Biscit's overdraft over issues of guarantees from the old V21 directors (who are not exactly happy bunnies..).
