Story: Microsoft to attack 'cavalier' Google

Dose of their own medicine

Microsoft in the past has practiced the very thing they are accusing Google of doing only they did it to smaller companies who lost in court through attrition. Now they are asking for our sympathy (via the court) for relief from someone closer to their size. Sorry guys my heart is just not breaking for you. Companies are only as good as the people who run them and they portray their very personalities. What does that tell you? Unfortunately the good folks at Microsoft have to live under this kind of leadership. My sympathies are with them.

Now is the time to start taking this danger VERY seriously. This is big and very nasty business in action. The objective seems absolutely clear. Destroy GPL and 'steal' all the technology. An activity with plenty of precedence.
