Is the problem with Truphone?

Vodafone and Orange have made the decision to eliminate Internet Telephony on their Nokia N95, decison made and not a lot anyone can do about it. Bad news for lovers of Truphone but there are other applications out there which actually work such as WiFiMobile.

Based on this fact does this not highlight deficiencies with the Truphone product?
