Story: How will the iPhone impact IT and business users?
Don't forget about Professionals and RVers
Of the business categories who will use the iPhone, you left out "Professionals" and "Travelers".
As an attorney, whose bar membership like most, includes free legal research on the web...I have to have Safari's truly rendered web pages to be able in negotiation or court, to search for and show another attorney or judge a federal or state statute or case, completed formated with annotations and legislative history. It makes me much more effective and powerful. (Yes, I checked the research web site in the Apple Store...works perfectly). For those real estate agents out there, I checked, and the iPhone does access the MLS (a big benefit).
For my new RV, it means that I won't have to take along a cell phone, ipod, GPS navigator and buy a new laptop for web surfing. RVing requires web access occassionally...not for intensive surfing...but for directions, hours open, RV park reservations and phone numbers. Another reason for buying an iPhone...it saves me a lot of money.
