Clarification

I'm being picky yes, but engineering requires accuracy. The opening sentence - "Ofcom's decision to auction off the 192MHz part of the radio spectrum..." may lead readers to think this means a piece of the spectrum in the VHF range at 192MHz, while what the writer wants to say is that there is 192MHz of bandwidth in the region of 2.6GHz which is to be auctioned - in other words a "slice" of spectrum that is 192MHz wide.
