Quite right too - mistake fixed

Thanks for bringing that to our attention, and I've fixed the offending statement.

(It's not an uncommon slip. I remember reading about "27MHz TV satellites" back in the 1980s, and becoming confused with notions of CB radio-toting orbiting transmitters. The writer meant to talk about transponders 27MHz wide, of course, but a bit of me still regrets that nobody ever put up Intelsat "Good Buddy" 4994)
