Good Enough Customer Service?

The charitable donation is a nice gesture, but a week's free access for the headache of not having email access seems a bit cheap.

For most, email isn't just an optional way to communicate, it's a must for individuals and businesses

Or perhaps Microsoft.southamerica, Dell.australiaandnewzealand, Coca-Cola.africa... Sound funny? Then why not just use the global and country domains? Or perhaps it is time to drop the domains at all?
