Story: Linux users could face European patent threat

Not from software patents

Patents on software are not valid in UK - according to the UK courts. Hence Linux should not be under threats from software patents in UK. The same applies to most European countries.

Now is the time to start taking this danger VERY seriously. This is big and very nasty business in action. The objective seems absolutely clear. Destroy GPL and 'steal' all the technology. An activity with plenty of precedence.
