It is formulated in general terms, because the behavior and reactions are uniquely and probably also excluding, but more somewhat a limit in culture. It was initially thought as a movement towards more equality. So to say it is someone's fault means, something has happened. But clearly that can not be determined. In my opinion women should be more encouraged to self-esteem on the computer. The second thought would be a greater contribution and new emerging functions of computers not to mention more appropriate ones.
