concerns about the migration to Vista

When you tie in the cost of upgrading all your hardware just to be able to run VISTA, and the training costs for personnel, then companies have a legitimate reason for not upgrading, and considering an alternative OS. VISTA is actually helping the spread of Linux, which is a good thing for controlling cost and adding security.
