Fantastic Article!

I have already forwarded this onto all my contacts who are sales IT people in the hope that they learn from this advice. It was great to read direct quotes from IT Managers and understand where IT sales people are going wrong. Everyone's job is tough, but it's not everyday you come across ten top tips on how not to p*$% off an IT Manager!
