Does anyone have a sheepdog?

Great, finally a list that 'the powers that be' should pay attention to, however... we should not forget that these 'powers that be' are overwhelmingly represented by party political sheep who's self interests always come first... I won't doubt their sincere intentions when they get around to disussing the six technologies, but as we should all be aware by now, good intentions count for nothing... The real issue will be how to get the sheep into the right pen first!

While full medical records may be of (dubious) value at rear/base medical facilities, these could be provided much simpler by either physical disk or electronic transfer to an "in theatre" database for individuals posted in. That £80m (and it's associated running costs) could have been far better employed in resuscitating a disbanded infantry battalion or providing a big boost in equipment quality and quantity.
