162561 - I totally agree with you. The cellular operators are making quite some killing from data - still. Roaming is another area where they are raking it in. It's only competition - or the EC beating them with a stick - that'll make them change. Let's hope for both. As for Bell's instructions being in the contract, these terms must be made clear to customers. Otherwise that's not fair play.
