Story: Apple files for DRM system akin to Microsoft

This could just be another way for Apple to prevent OS X getting onto generic PCs, Apple already has to deal with people hacking their OS so it works on computers not made by Apple.

To me it sounded more like the HD-DVD copy protection in Windows Vista that goes bonkers if you change your computer hardware than Windows Genuine Advantage.
