This is hilarious! High quality and Windows is a contradiction in terms. What they will end up with is a slow running computer, subject to trojans, virus's,
adware, and malware. Can you imagine someone who has never seen a computer before getting popups and clicking on all links? Typical of M$ to make sure they maintain control over your computer.
