A step in the right direction

These hefty cuts are a great step in the right direction. Could this be the start of a trend of falling prices similar to what happened with voice tariffs? Perhaps - some EC intervention would help.

Data roaming prices are still extortionate. £3 per MB - just think how quickly you can download a MB these days - it's not much.

£9 a day could be cheaper for the majority of mobile workers.

Hopefully more cuts will follow soon.
