How to control the roaming charges?

The problem in roaming is not only the tariff's ,it's also about the cost control up-to-date of the roaming charges .For those providers which the users can access to their online bill, their roaming charges are not available.
So how should we limit our budget while we are using our mobile abroad?

I tried to find an answer for that in some European providers, the answered I got from them is that only prepaid handset can control in real time the roaming costs.

But what will happen to those users who are not a prepaid and they are traveling abroad?

I found a good answer for that the above questions - a new mobile software "pbc eurotariff" that can be installed in 3G Mobile (supports symbian 9.1/9.2) such as Nokia 95,61,73,70...

After installed it you can start to control your roaming cost (right now it supports voice and sms based on eurotariff 2007)
It can be download from handango URL:
http://www.handango.co.uk

search in handango site for "pbc eurotariff 1" application
