GO 4 IT!

I think Yahoo would be crazy not to take up the offer.

!. The price per share is more than reasonable.
2. The synergies created may make each of them more appealing.
3. They both need something more than what they are as individual entities.
4. A MS developed phone tied to Yahoo customers is a no-brainer.

The downside however might be:

1. Could end up being another AOL Time Warner fiasco
2. Yahoo customers could leave in droves
3. The marriage may not create anything particularly exciting and take years to work itself out giving Google more time to take an even larger slice of the pie.

Besides that, good luck to 'em!
