Would Yahoo take a cash only deal?

It's amazing how these things work, before this bid Yahoo had a market cap of $9 billion, now they feel under-valued at $41Billion.
In the time since Microsoft placed this bid on Feb.1 they've lost $40 worth of market valuation, am sure they wouldn't want this to drag on for much longer, this puts Yahoo in a strong position!
I read that Microsoft has cash to burn, if i were a Yahoo board member, i'd be lobbying for a cash-only deal, even at $41 Billion!
