A Recession is good for Software-as-a-Service

In a recession businesses look for new ways to decrease IT spending and increase sales. Both ways should lead a company into thinking CRM software-as-a-service. By switching from traditional CRM software to On-demand cousins companies are cutting costs by over 70%. Implementing a CRM system in a recession strengthens your customer relations and increases your company’s bottom lines.

Many on-demand CRM vendors are battling for business these days including Salesforce.com, Netsuite, Salesboom.com, RightNow, etc.
