World not open to Microsoft promises

The more times a criminal is caught breaking the law, the more he will learn how to circumvent the law, and continue his lawless ways. Microsoft has demonstrated this numerous times since 1985. Plus they will continue to slow innovation and progress until they become the the only game in town, or they are caught and held accountable for their actions.
