Come on chaps, I doubt that a high percentage will be reading the comments and as the previous commentator quite rightly said, the statement "OOXML .. which is the default file-saving format in Microsoft Office 2007" is just plain factually incorrect. It changes the tenor of the article and indeed makes your august publication look ignorant.

How about adjusting it to "which is not used as a native format by any Microsoft application".
