Story: Extent of flaws in CSA computer system revealed
The Greatest CSA Flaw
While the theoretical concept of a Child Support Agency seemed to be a great means to ensure children were financially supported by both parents, in practice it failed due to bureaucratic over-regulation.
The CSA is in fact it's own greatest flaw in that it has demonstrably very simply failed to do what it was established to do.
It needed simple guidance - support the children and the custodial parent before considering the non-custodial parent's lifestyle.
If all the public monies that have funded it's grossly expensive existence had been used to support children, then the country and the children would be a better place.
