Security is a BIG issue for me personally. Also, it would be nice to go to a store and buy a computer without an OS pre-installed. That is why I build my own. Why should I be forced to pay for an OS I am going to remove? I am in the process of buying a new laptop, and I know it will have VISTA installed. I am not going to use VISTA. I will erase the HD and install PCLinuxOS.
