Microsoft-Yahoo deal may hurt internet

What will happen to yahoo IM? Will it be converted to MSN messenger?
Yahoo mail merged with hotmail? Will they be integrated into the next windows release? Too many questions about a company that failed in it's trustworthy computing scheme. Microsoft has never been concerned about the user, only about the bucks.
