Good reason not to use Vista

This is just another good reason to ditch this load of rubbish. I used Vista for about 5 days before it drove me to distraction and I installed XP. Service pack 1 should have sorted out the mess but instead has provided vary little and just made it all worse by trashing peoples dual boot configurations. I tend to use Ubuntu a lot for development and like having a dual boot config on my machine. Who the hell do Microsoft think they are telling users that they cannot do this. If I want to use encrypted drives then fine but if I don't then there is no reason to impose this restriction. This is more about poor configurability and a shoddily written OS than security. Even apple allow dual booting and they are the kings of closed systems. Microsoft need to change fast because the competition is getting a lot better.
