Bloated Windows

I agree. Each new Windows OS is bigger and more bloated.

What I would like to see would be a real basic Windows OS, without IE, Media Player, games, Outlook, a lot of the accessories, Paint, etc.

I use yahoo for email, Open Office, Firefox, Nero, etc, which I consider are better.

The hardware is getting cheaper all the time, but the OS for windows get more expensive - especially if you live on the wrong side of the pond.

I am getting quite impressed with Ubuntu now.
